Anyone staying in Thailand for more than 90 consecutive days on a long-stay permission must report their address to immigration using form TM.47.
The window runs from 15 days before to 7 days after the due date. Reporting late costs ฿2,000, and immigration notes it in your file.
Leaving Thailand resets the counter: after re-entry, a new 90-day period begins from the date of the entry stamp.
You can report in person, by registered post, through the online system or through an agent with a power of attorney. The online system frequently rejects accounts, which is why most of our clients simply hand the task to us.
Our subscription covers four reports per year for ฿4,900 and we store every receipt in your portal, with a reminder before each due date.
