To prepare a visa application we collect your name, date of birth, nationality, passport number and expiry, contact details, messenger ID, address in Thailand, financial evidence and, depending on the service, marriage, employment, education or medical documents.

We process your data to perform the agency contract with you, to submit applications to Thai immigration, embassies and the labour department, and to comply with our legal obligations as a registered service provider in Thailand.

Your data is shared only with the authorities handling your case and, where you request it, with insurance or translation partners. We never sell data and never share it for advertising.

Case files are retained for five years after the last service, as required by Thai accounting and immigration record rules, and then deleted.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to us and we will respond within 30 days.

Documents are stored encrypted, access is limited to the case officer assigned to your file, and passport scans are never sent over unencrypted channels.
