These terms govern all services provided through https://thaivisaagency.com by Easy Thai Visa Agency, including eligibility checks, document preparation, filing and representation at Thai authorities.

Our agency service fee is stated before you submit an application. Government fees are collected separately and passed on without any mark-up. No payment is taken online; we send payment instructions after confirming your case.

You warrant that all documents and statements you provide are true and complete. Falsified documents lead to immediate termination of the mandate without refund and are reported where the law requires it.

Visa decisions are made solely by Thai authorities; we cannot guarantee an outcome. If an application is refused for a reason our review should have identified before filing, we refund our service fee. Government fees are never refundable.

Processing times shown on this website are estimates based on our experience. Authority workloads, policy changes and public holidays can extend them.

Our liability is limited to the agency service fee paid for the affected service, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Thai law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Bangkok.
